Engr. Dr. Amb. Khadija Kuburat Ibrahim is the driving force behind the Being Human Foundation for the Less Privileged. Her leadership and commitment to the cause have inspired change in the lives of many.

Born into the Ileko, Idiape family, Ilorin in the 80s to Father Alhaji Ibrahim Isaa Kasina, a retired custom officer and mother Hajia Fatima, who passed on while in active service to the nation as a custom officer, engineer Khadijat Kuburat, popularly called Alhaja, a name she got on return from Saudi Arabia at the age of 3 with her grandmother, a successful businesswoman whom she inherited her business skills from is the first daughter and 3rd born of her parent. She attended Niger River Basin development staff primary school in Ilorin Kwara State. Graduated from federal government Girls College, Kazaure Jigawa State. She obtained her bachelor of engineering in civil and water resources from the University of Maiduguri Borno state. She obtained her MBA in business schools of the Netherlands. She obtained her certificate in Islamic studies at DAARUL IMAAM AL LAYTH international school. She also obtained these certificates. Nigeria Society of Engineers certificate, Council of Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria, current certificate, esthetic program in New York, USA Project Management from University of California. Fundamentals of project management specialization from University of Virginia, renewable energy and green building from Duke University, entrepreneurship from University of Duke, Engineering Project Management Specialization from Rice University, Human Resources from University of Minnesota, all in U. S. A. Business model innovation from H. E. C. Paris, France. She was conferred with an honorary doctorate degree in entrepreneurship and Social Development on the 12th of November, 2022 by Harris University Lome Togo. In May 2023. She was admitted into being a Fellow of the prestigious Girne American University in Cyprus, which added FGAU after her name on the 27th of November. 2023 she was conferred with a fellowship membership by the Nigeria Institution of Facilities Engineering and Management on the 5th of January, 2024. She was awarded Sir Ahmadu Bello Sardauna Merit Award in recognition of her selfless service, hard work. Exemplary leadership and enormous contribution towards community and societal development in the Nation by Arewa Gamji Emirate Royal Council was given an award of excellence on the 8th of May, 2024 by Youth Assembly of Nigeria on 8th of July 2024. She was confored ambassador by the Ecowas Youth Parliament EYP in recognition of her uprightness, sagacity, doggedness, excellent and diligent discharge of her duties with absolute fairness and accountability Immense contribution to societal transformation and support to youth and student constituency. She believes so much in prior and at work. She is highly courageous and Adventurous, very intelligent, a cherished leader worthy of emulation, and the modest fashionista. A good ambassador of Islam women and Nigeria in general humble, creative, jovial, well connected, hardworking, loves to travel. She has visited many countries in Europe, Asia, Africa and of course, the United States of America, where she obtained most of her certificates after her first degree. She is a role model to many. She was one of the pioneer members with the global leading real estate bilaad Realty as a partner and as an investment advisor since 2018 before resigning a while ago in order to focus more on her own businesses. She is a CEO of Kubib Limited, KK Farms, Kubib Food and spices, task event planners, Kubib kitchen, task fixers, founder of being human foundation for the less privilege and she will be introducing Kubib Realty soon to join in the development of real estate and of course facility management in building more sustainable homes for Nigerians.
